탭이 한달전부터 자꾸 이유없이 꺼짐.
그냥 쓰고 있을땐 괜찮은데, 대기모드에서 안켜져서 배터리 리셋하거나 케이블을 꽂아야 하고 (충전되어있는데도)
조금만 흔들려도 꺼지는게 이상..
samsung warranty가 아직 남아서 서비스 신청했두만
이메일이 날라왔다.
이렇게 해도 안되면 다시 신청하라고..
일단 지켜봐야겠지만 피드백이 빨라서 좋다.
- recommend to do Hard reset> every personal data will be deleted>
- power off tab
- Press and hold Volume up and Power and home button simultaneously then release when turning on
- The Android system recovery menu will appear.
- select "wipe data/factory reset", and then press the Power button
- select "Yes – delete all user data", and then press the Power button
- select "reboot system now", and then press the Power button
- samsung logo then installing apps
- set up tab like the 1st use
